Default Chargers to Stay in San Diego 1 More Year...At Least

The Chargers have made it official and will return to San Diego next year. Good news since I already paid for my season seats next year. I don't know about anyone else, but I am not that excited about a new stadium. I don't really mind the Q and I surely don't want to pay PSL's.

Who does the new stadium help the most??? The owners and rich people, that is who...PSL's would likely force me out of my season tickets, something that I would NOT be happy about.

Being from Orange County, I would not mind the Chargers moving to LA, it's just madness to pay $30,000 per year just for the right to by tickets, insane, I say keep the Chargers in the Q until the place falls down.

Chargers don't pull termination trigger, will stay in San Diego for 2010 season

This is good news. I like going down to San Diego for the games, but I am really nervous about the changes that are coming to this team. I am not getting a good feeling about draft picks, free agents, etc...

OH man, now I am thinking about the playoff lose and depressed again.

I'm very glad the Chargers will be staying in San Diego! IF the Chargers were to move to LA I would OFFICIALLY give up all ties to the Bolts.

by the way, I understand the the frustration about PSLs...I'd never be able to afford season tickets to the Ravens on my teachers salary.

Yeah PSLs are just stupid. I am shocked the Dallas Cowboys sold out their tickets. Just amazing that people were able to afford that stuff. Although, the Cowboys had financing for the PSLs and lots of people having problems paying for them, lol.

I heard that the Giants and Jets were paying up to $30,000 a ticket! That does not even include the ticket itself, that is just the right to buy the ticket. Crazy...Qualcomm may be old, but at least it's cheap...that is how I like it.

That would crush me if the PSLs were that much for the current seats I have. I have no idea how fans can afford those types of tickets...

I wish there were more details about the stadium in LA and what they would be charging. Hell, I need some more details on where the Chargers are going to be in the next 5 years!

I think the contract is already done at this point. I mean they are free to start looking elsewhere so who knows what is going to happen. Will be a sad day for Chargers football if they leave San Diego.

It would be a terrible day!

I just get to tired of "OWNERS" crying poor mouth . whether it be in the pocket or the stadium they play in .

Look at that lier Moores . build me a new stadium and it'll free up money to sign big time talent . bull$$$$

i am not saying the charger don't need a new stadium i am saying don't hold the city ransom .

fyi, been a charger fan since their first game here . jr charger to boot . lol

Nice to have such a long time fan on the site btw.

One of the biggest problems is that the Chargers were looking for some help from the city to fund the stadium project, but the city of San Diego is broke due to poor financial planning and mass amounts of corruption.

By December of this year, we will have a better understanding of the teams direction... hopefully.
