LOST....what are your theories?

There has been a lot of focus on good and evil this season...I hope that is not the ONLY focus.
Locke (or whatever/whoever is in his body) is evil as told by the strange Asian guy at the temple.

I'm confused by "NOW"? They are showing us everyone's life if there was no plane crash. But everyone from the island is still around, but they do not know each other because they never met on the island.

But if they hadn't crashed they would not have returned as the Oceanic 6. I do remember seeing Desmond during the flash forward/flash back that shows what happened IF the plane never crashed. Desmond was never on that plane, he got to the island by boat.
