Which Mike do you want to see gone more? I for one, want it to be Sherman. We need McKenzie on the field to compete in our division. Sherman isn't any good at GM. He is horrible at drafting, he overpays some players, and underpays others. He says one thing, and does another (postgame interview after the win against Seattle in the playoffs he says the playoffs are about taking risks, and that is what he plans to do the upcoming week against Philly. The game comes, we have the game in hand, with a 4th and 1. If we get the 1st, we win the game, but instead he doesn't take the risk and punts the ball away. Philly drives to tie the game up, and we lose in OT). I'm not sure how much control he has over play calling (he may have a lot, he may have none), but if he does have control over it, he doesn't do it very well. Then he makes decisions without consulting anyone else. Today, he put Favre back in on that 4th down TD pass without even getting clearance from the training staff. Now, I thought Favre looked like he was alright and could go, and would have liked to see him back in their. But the training staff said he couldn't go, so he shouldn't have been in on that 4th down play. This is your starting QB, the heart and sole of your team, and your going to risk putting him on the field without checking with the training staff? That is one horrible mistake. Now, I will continue to cheer for my Packers, but I am also going to stick to my opinion that Sherman needs to go, through the good times and the bad.

I voted Sherman. He doesn't make good decisions. With 2:11 left in the game today, he called the last timeout. So NY could run 11 seconds off and then the clock would stop, but instead, he would rather save the 11 seconds so the Giants can run off 40 seconds later in the game. It's just stupid mistakes. Then he put Nall in for Peterson, and I don't know if Nall's ever taken a regular season snap, and he calls a double post and Nall has to throw it over the middle with 10 seconds left and no TO's. I don't like either of our backups but I'd rather have the more experienced one in to make a last second comeback. Now if he was going to throw a hail mary, then put the QB with the stronger arm in, but he didn't even throw the hail mary. I just don't like Mike Sherman as a head coach. And if they for some dumb reason keep Sherman as coach they need to get a GM. Those are two full time jobs that he cannot do both of. That's all just my opinion though.

    Dayton, Ohio. OSU still sucks.
I have a feeling that if we don't make the playoffs, he's gone. I just hope Favre sticks around another year after all this BS.

I'm not ready to mail it in on Sheramn or the season just yet. As for McKinzie though. I truely think he is faking this hamstring injury! I hadn't even gave it a thought until I just read something of the sort. I think he is basically holding out while getting paid!

As for the Packers. If anyone had any doubts who's team this is, Brett Favre's or Green's I think those questions are answered. Without #4 in the game and no true game breaking WR defenses are able to put 8 and 9 people in the box to shut down Green. Neither Doug Pederson or ANY one of the WRs are one bit scary! This is obvious and besides the point but if Favre plays the rest of that game Green Bay wins! I'm not making excuses because it wasn't just the offense. The D looks as bad as any D in the league right now! Props to the Giants because I thought it wasn't going to be close!

That would really make those whole thread pointless. The question is which you want to see gone more.

I am by no means mailing in the season. We will probably need to go 9-3 the rest of the way to make the playoffs, and while that is tough, it is also very possible.

I agree that Favre is the core of this team, but to say that none of our WR's are scary is just dumb. All you need to do is watch a Packer game and see some of the catches Walker makes. He is a huge deep threat, and a playmaker. Driver is more of a possession WR. While he drops his fair share, he still isn't afraid to go over the middle and get the catch for the 1st on 3rd down to keep the drive going. Ferguson may be the least known of the 3, but he always seems to find himself making a big play sometime during the game. I think by the end of the year (assuming Favre plays), the Packers WR's will be very well known and respected.

My point was that a back up QB in the game Green Bay would be luck to win three games. Green Bay has a decent three some of WR. But they have no true game breaking WR. Your definition of Game Breaking and mine must be two differant things. Game Breaking.....Moss, Owens, Harrison, Holt,...a type of WR that gets open. One that is so good that it doesn't matter who the QB is throwing the ball he is going to make a play. IMO if Green bay had a WR like one of those they win that Giants game. Once Favre left the game they could stop caring about the pass and putting 8 and 9 in the box to stop Green.
Last year for instance when Culpepper got hurt. Frerotte came in and threw 7 TD passes in the two and a half games Culpepper missed. Moss caught 5 of them! If walker, Driver or Fergy were Game Breaking WRs the QB on Sunday wouldn't of mattered. The Giants would of respected the pass once Favre left Green Bay might of had a chance to win the game! Green Bay has some good WR....BUT no Game Breaking ones. As showed on Sunday!
